Before starting IT Smart Solutions in 2005, Steve was Back Office Manager for Hudson Recruitment in Europe and also ran migration projects for NSW Health and a major Australian law firm. Today his focus is on business development. He has a proven track record in helping small business in their use of technology.


Head of Operations

Sarah joined IT Smart Solutions as a desktop engineer in 2015, she became Head of Operations in early 2018 and is responsible for the day to day running of the service desk. Prior to joining IT Smart Solutions Sarah spent 7 years at KPMG. Originally joining as a Personal Assistant, she soon realised her passion for IT where she spent 3 years as a valuable member of their helpdesk team.


Senior IT Consultant and Project Manager

Daniel joined IT Smart Solutions in early 2018 and immediately became an invaluable member of the team. He is responsible for 3rd level escalations along with project delivery. He has over 10 years’ experience in a variety of roles including with the Australian Securities Exchange.


Desktop Engineer

Dan joined IT Smart Solutions in mid 2017. Dan’s strong customer focus has meant he has become a favourite for many of our customers. He has a great deal of experience in desktop support and Office 365.


Solutions Consultant

Joel joined us in early 2018 with a background in desktop and server support for several Australian IT companies. His experience puts him in a great position to work with new and existing customers to tailor solutions that can optimise Modern Workplace technologies.


Service Desk Team Leaders

Joining in early 2019 as the team leader for our Philippines Office, Rick has quickly become an integral part of our team. Drawing on his 5 years of experience in the IT field, including a teaching role, he provides our clients with first grade support and is passing on his knowledge to the rest of the team.


Dispatch and Helpdesk Engineer

Also joining in early 2019 in our Philippines office, Owen brings 4 years of industry experience to the table and with his friendly attitude he’s quickly given Dan a run for his money as a favourite among our clients.


Dispatch and Helpdesk Engineer

Krystel came on board with Owen in our Philippines office. Krystel spent over 2 years working in the technical support team for Microsoft, giving her a unique advantage within our team in being able to bring some ‘insider’ knowledge.


Desktop Engineer

Shaq joined us in early 2019 as a dedicated onsite Desktop Engineer for one of our biggest clients. With 4 years of IT technical experience behind him, including working as the AMEX In-house IT Concierge, he’s been an invaluable asset to us and our clients.
